Pu' er is a variety of post-fermented tea produced in Yunnan province, China. Post-fermentation is a tea production style in which the tea leaves undergo a microbial fermentation process after they are dried and rolled. This is a Chinese specialty and is sometimes referred to as dark tea. Premium Pu’er tea was offered as a tribute tea to the Emperor of China and to this day Pu’er tea remains a highly valuable commodity. Pu’er tea is revered in China as a traditional medicinal tea with many health benefits. It is regarded by tea connoisseurs as the King of Tea for it's unique flavor and aroma.
Health Benefits: anti aging, prevention of heart disease and cancer, diabetic control, removal of toxins to curing dysentery, inflammation, aiding digestion and weight loss, improving the eyesight, blood circulation and reviving those who are overly intoxicated with alcohol.
Main Ingredients: Pu' er tea leaf from wild tea bush.
Preservation Condition: Store in a dry and dark place.
How to make tea? ---- Black Tea
1. Tea wash: pour the boiling water into the teapot or tea cup and drain the tea immediately to fair cup. Leave the tea leaf in the teapot.
2.According to situation, wash the tea again, or more times.
3.Pour hot water into the teapots after “tea wash”;
4. Pour the tea into the fair cup;
5.Pour the tea into the tea cup.
