When we process the return, you should receive your refund in 10-15 business days. All shipping costs may be deducted from the amount of your refund if the reason for your return is not the result of YolandaZhang's error. For example: if your purchase amount is USD210, because of YolandaZhang's error, your shipping cost is USD60 for the return. How It Works
